Summer Device Return Dates for Students

  • All devices issued by the school district will need to be returned to school for the summer on the dates outlined below.

  • Students will need to return their devices (with cover/case if district issued) and their chargers in working condition to the school.

  • Lost and broken hardware or accessories will be subject to the 2020-2021 “Laptop loss, repairs, & Fees” section of the Responsible Use Manual (https://5il.co/oiuw Pages 5 & 6).

  • Devices will be cleaned, inventoried, re-enabled and distributed back to returning students in the fall.

  • All student devices will be disabled for the summer, starting on Monday, June 7th.

All in-person students will need to return devices to their homeroom teacher during the final week of school on the following days:

  • Tuesday, June 1st – Thursday, June 3rd

All virtual academy students will need to return their devices during one of the following times:

  • Wednesday, June 2nd 4pm-7pm – Station will be set up outside main office entrance.

  • Thursday, June 3rd 12pm-3:30pm – Station will be set up outside Gym entrance.

Any Students who missed the above dates will have a final opportunity to return their device at the following times:

  • Friday, June 4th 8am-3pm – Return devices to the main school office.

  • Monday, June 7th 8am-3pm - This is the last collection day. Return devices to the main school office.

Any devices or accessories missing after June 7th will assessed a replacement fine according to the replacement policy “Laptop loss, repairs, & Fees” section of the Responsible Use Manual (https://5il.co/oiuw Pages 5 & 6).
